Spicy Salad
Serves 2. Preparation 15minsIngredients2 handful of seasonal salads 4 green beans quickly steamed ½ cucumber (optional) 1 poached egg For the dressing 1 spoon balsamic vinegar 1 spoon extra virgin olive oil ½ jar Saclą Arrabbiata ground black pepper MethodPut the ingredients for the salad in two dishes and drizzle with part of the dressing. Leave the remaining sauce in cups and use as a dip. Serve with croutons. |
