Strozzapreti alla Calabrese
Serves 4. Preparation 15minsIngredients300g strozzapreti or similar shaped pasta 1 jar Saclà Arrabbiata 2 spoons of pine kernels 2 spoons of capers 10 black pitted olives 5 Saclà Sun Dried Tomatoes (optional) 2 spoons extra virgin olive oil a handful of fresh basil salt. MethodWith a knife or in a mixer roughly chop the pine kernels, olives, capers and fresh basil. Heat the oil and gently fry the ingredients for 2 minutes. Add the Saclà Arrabbiata pasta sauce and the pasta cooked in boiling salted water. Sautéed and serve hot garnished with basil leaves. |
