Fish in a Cherry Tomato Bouillon

Serves 2. preparation 20mins


Ingredients


1 jar Saclą Cherry Tomato & Basil
200g firm boneless white fish cut in large chunks
a splash of white wine
2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
a small onion
200ml vegetable stock
Salt & pepper

Method


In a deep non-stick pan, finely chop the onion and gently brown the fish in the oil with the onion for 5 minutes adding a splash of white wine. Add the Saclą Cherry Tomato & Basil sauce, the stock and season. Cook until just tender. Serve warm with crostini.
