Linguine with Cherry Tomatoes, Almonds & Mint
Serves 4. Preparation 15minsIngredients1 jar Saclą Cherry Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce 300g linguine 100g toasted almonds 1 spoon of chopped fresh mint Capers Oregano 2 spoon extra virgin olive oil Black pepper Leaves of fresh mint MethodIn a bowl, add the toasted almonds, the mint, a pinch of oregano, the capers, the pepper, 1 spoon of extra virgin olive oil and roughly pound the ingredients together. Oil a pan and toss the Saclą Cherry Tomato and Basil sauce, add the linguine previously cooked “al dente” in salted boiling water and the other ingredients previously pounded. Mix well and serve garnished of fresh mint. |
