Tuna & Lentils in a Olive and Tomato Sauce
Serves 2. Preparation 45 minsIngredients1 jar of Saclą Cherry Tomato & Olive Pasta Sauce 250g fresh tuna (2 thick slices, 125g each) 300g lentils 1 shallot Few leaves of sage Salt & black pepper Extra virgin olive oil Rosemary MethodCook the lentils following the package instructions, add to the boiling water 2 leaves of sage and a shallot. When ready, mix the lentils with the Saclą Cherry Tomato & Olive Sauce. Meanwhile, fry the tuna slices in a pan for 2-3 minutes per side and then add to the lentils. Serve warm or cold depending on season. |
