Spring Parmesan Pasta

Serves 4. Preparation 15mins


Ingredients


1 jar of Saclą Cherry Tomato & Parmesan
300g penne pasta
50g broad beans
50g snow Peas
4 thin slices Parma ham
extra virgin olive oil
salt & black pepper

Method


Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile in a pan gently fry the selection of fresh vegetables until cooked but still crunchy. Pour in the Saclą Cherry Tomato & Parmesan sauce and warm it up for few minutes, then add the pasta and mix well. Garnish with few Parma ham slices to each dish and serve immediately.
