Stuffed Chicken With Tomato

Ingredients


Organic Chicken Breasts
Chanterelle Mushrooms
Pine Nuts
Parma ham
Sacla' Whole Cherry Tomato and Parmesan Sauce
Garlic
Olive oil

Method


Toast the pine nuts and set aside
Chop the mushrooms and gently fry in olive oil and garlic.
Add the pine nuts to the mushrooms
Add half a jar of Sacla' Whole Cherry Tomato and Parmesan sauce, stir in and heat through
Butterfly the chicken breasts
Spoon the mixture onto the chicken and then fold the chicken back into shape
Wrap the chicken breasts in slices of parma ham
Back in a medium oven for around 25 minutes
Serve with a rocket salad
