Black & Green Olive and Caper Spaghetti
Serves 4. Preparation 30minsIngredients400g spaghetti pasta1 jar Saclą Olive & Tomato pasta sauce 6 tsp capers under salt few leaves of red basil (or green basil) 60g grated Grana Padano cheese MethodPut the capers in warm water and leave for 30 mins. Cook the pasta following package instructions, drain lightly and put in a bowl. Stir in the Saclą Olive & Tomato pasta sauce and mix well. Serve immediately garnished with drained capers, the basil and freshly grated Grana Padano. |
