Olive & Tomato Pizza with Salami and Fresh RocketServes 2. Preparation 20-30minsIngredients1 large pizza base (12-14in) or 2 smaller ones 190g jar of Sacla' Olive and Tomato Stir Through sauce 2 spring onions, chopped 50g of salami, finely chopped 12 pitted olives 25g of rocket sea salt and freshly ground black pepper MethodPreheat the oven according to the pizza base maker's instructions. Mix the Sacla' Olive and Tomato Stir Through sauce with spring onions and season to taste. Spread over the pizza base and arrange the salami and black olives artistically on top. The possibilities are endless. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the ingredients are heated right through. Just before serving, scatter the rocket on top and leave to wilt for a minute or two. Beats any takeaway anytime |
