Tasty Tomato, Olive & Caper Pizza

Serves 2. Preparation 20mins


Ingredients


1 large pizza base (12-14in) or 2 small ones
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 jar Saclą Olive & Tomato pasta sauce 190g
2 tsp Saclą Capers
1 small onion finely sliced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
6 fresh basil leaves sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method


1. Preheat the oven according to the pizza base maker's instructions. 2. Cover the top of the pizza base with the Saclą Olive & Tomato pasta sauce, the olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for half of time . 3. Remove the pizza base from the oven and top it with the sliced fresh tomatoes, the onion and the capers. 4. Return pizza to the oven and finish the cooking. Just before serving scatter over the basil leaves and gently drizzle with olive oil.
