Lasagne with Ragu alla bolognese

Serves 4. Preparation 40mins


Ingredients


1 jar of Saclą Sauce for Bolognese (add 200g minced beef meat)
8 sheets of ready made lasagne
15 cherry tomatoes
A bunch of rosemary, sage, thyme
Salt & black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
600ml bechamel
Parmesan
30g butter

Method


Preheat the oven at 200° C. Put a layer of ready made lasagne pasta on an oven baking pan previously oiled and cover with Saclą Sauce for Bolognese, halved cherry tomatoes, bechamel and a shave of Parmesan. Cover with a new layer of pasta and ingredients until these are finished. Top with butter flakes and some Parmesan and oven bake for 10 minutes covered with foil and a couple of minutes without to golden.
