Baked Polenta with Gorgonzola Melt
Serves 4. Preparation 30minsIngredients200g Polenta 1 jar Saclą Tomato & Garlic Pasta Sauce 190g 200g gorgonzola cheese salt & pepper 1 spoon extra virgin olive oil MethodPreheat the oven at 180°C Cook the Polenta following package instructions. Press into a high sided dish previously wet to prevent sticking. Let cool, then cut into cubes 4x4 cm. Put the cubes on an oiled baking pan and top with a spoon of Saclą Tomato & Garlic sauce, a rich piece of gorgonzola and drizzle with extra virgin oil. Bake for 10 min or until the cheese is melted and the Polenta is nicely golden. Serve hot. |
