Scrumptious Sacla Burgers

Ingredients


5 Chicken Breasts

3 cloves of garlic
I small onion
A splash of olive oil
A jar of your favourite Sacla' pesto (choose from the list below)
Some freshly milled black pepper, and a sprinkling of salt.

Method


First mince the Chicken breasts . I do this with a hand blender attachment, but you could do it by hand.
Put the minced chicken into an big bowl.
Then peel and mince the garlic and add to the chicken.
Finely chop the onion and also add to the bowl.
Choose which of your favourite Sacla pesto jars to use. I adore using any of the following flavours as I think they go very well with Chicken.
Sundried Tomato pesto, red pepper pesto, corriander pesto or Char-gilled aubergine pesto.
After deciding which flavour to enhance your buggers with, add the content of the jar to the other ingredients, and mix well.
Add the freshly milled pepper and a sprinkling of salt.
Then shape into Scrumptious Sacla burgers, cover and pop in the fridge until the BBQ is ready to go!!!!!
Just before popping on the BBQ drizzle the olive oil on the Scumptious Sacla Burgers if desired.
