Preparation 15minsIngredientsciabatta a jar of Sacla' Pesto (choose any Sacla' flavour) a jar of Sacla' Peperonata tomatoes avocado basil mozzarella cheese olive oil Methodslice ciabatta lengthways spread ciabatta with pesto (any variety) spread Sacla' Peperonata over pesto slice tomatoes and place over Sacla' Peperonata slice avocado and lay over the tomatoes slice mozzarella and place over avocados tear basil leaves and place on top of cheese drizzle the whole lot with a little olive oil cook at approx 200°C for about 15 mins you can use many different antipasti products in this recipe mixed to your own taste |
