Vegtarian Lasagne with Wild Rocket Pesto, Radicchio and Goat Cheese

Preparation 25minsIngredients100g ready to use thin lasagne 1 jar Saclą Wild Rocket Pesto 100g radicchio 200g goat cheese, chopped 10 walnuts (optional) 1 spoon extra virgin olive oil freshly ground black pepper freshly grated parmesan flakes of butter MethodPreheat the oven at 200°C. Wash and cut the radicchio. In an oiled baking pan place alternate layers of lasagne and 2 spoon of Saclą Wild rocket pesto, radicchio, goat cheese, freshly ground black pepper, pieces of walnuts, until the end of the ingredients. Top the lasagne with a layer of pasta, flakes of butter and shave of parmesan. Bake for 10 min in foil than remove the foil and grill 2 extra minutes or until nicely golden. |
